The main objective of the IP Telecom Security Incidents team - CSIRT - is to help Clients in the implementation of measures which make it possible to reduce the risks of security incidents of Information Systems and Technologies, and help them respond to these incidents when they occur, and also the help them mitigate of effects of other incidents which may occur.

CSIRT is also responsible for cooperating with the Police and judicial forces whenever safety incidents are related to these legal entities.
